Brief Description :The Amazon River is the greatest river (by volume), but is the second longest river. The first longest river is the Nile River, the volume of water it carries to the sea(approximately 20% of all freshwater discharge into the oceans) the areas of lands that drains into it and its length and width. It is one of the longest rivers in the world and depending upon who you talk to, is anywhere between 6,259km/3,903mi long.
Uses :
- Transportation - For people travel easily from one place to another place, and it can help to travel goods from places to places.
- Fishing - For people to catch fishes or sea creatures that are edible and they can cook the things they catch for eating.
Problems :
- Flooding - It will flood the whole area and it can even kill people when it is flooding on its worst flood.
- Water Population - The water is dirtied by the people living there. They will throw dirty things into the river and, even the places that provide dirty gases, pollutes the river.
